Rotary Valves for Gas Handling
AFP’s precision-engineered rotary valves deliver high-performance sampling and switching for gas handling applications. Ideal for temperatures from 225° C to 350° C, the optimal operating temperature is 330°C. The valves allow for up to 50 actuation cycles at room temperature without damaging the rotor for instrument tuning and leak testing. Also, no reconditioning is required to tune the system, which leads to faster installation times.

AFP rotary valves feature an optional patented, internally purged rotor design. This feature eliminates the need for external purging equipment. It also eliminates the need for multiple O-ring seals that can wear due to friction and cause atmospheric contamination.
